MP govt may be the first to follow the advisory of SC - Incentives should be given on the birth of girl child

Supreme Court had advised the state governments to give incentives to those families where a girl child is born. Court had shown concern over the decreasing gender ratio. The Apex Court of the country said that by doing so, people will get a notion that the government is taking steps in this regard and it will reduce female feticide and benefit the sex ratio. Voluntary organization ‘health association’ filed an PIL in this regard on which the SC had advised the same.
After the advisory of SC on 25th November to improve the gender ratio, state govt had started to think on giving incentives on the birth of girl child. CM Shivraj can declare the followings of the SC  very soon after 6th December.
