Now onwards elections will be held to choose the congress state president. the election process will start from the Block level. This is one major announcement that happened in the oldest party of India for the first time in the history. Till now the higher authorities use to make the final decision on the selection of State president. But now only the one who gets elected will held the post. General secretary of Cong,Janardan dwivedi had announced a whole election program for the same.
The process of Election will start from December 2014 and by 25th july 2015, state will get its new congress president.
